As a registered practice with the Board of Valuers, Appraisers, Estate Agents and Property Managers Malaysia and guided by the standards of the Royal Institution of Surveyors Malaysia, we deliver independent, accurate, and fully compliant valuation services.

A distinguished leader in Malaysia’s property sector, Datuk Sahari Mahadi is a Registered Valuer (V143), Estate Agent (E2378), and Property Manager (PM11) with the Board of Valuers, Estate Agents and Property Managers Malaysia. With decades of experience in property valuation, real estate consultancy, and market advisory in Malaysia, he provides authoritative insight across regulatory, taxation, and strategic property matters.
He previously served as Director-General of the Valuation and Property Services Department (JPPH), President of the Royal Institution of Surveyors Malaysia (RISM), and President of the Board of Valuers, Estate Agents and Property Managers Malaysia. His final government appointment was Special Commissioner of Income Tax at the Ministry of Finance Malaysia, presiding over complex valuation and taxation cases.
Sr. Lee Pak Ling (PL Lee)

A highly experienced property professional with over 30 years of post-qualification experience, Sr PL Lee is a Registered Valuer (V596), Estate Agent (E565), and Property Manager (PM596) with the Board of Valuers, Estate Agents and Property Managers Malaysia. He holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Property Resource Management (Valuation) from the University of South Australia and founded First Pacific Group in 1993, establishing a trusted presence in property valuation and real estate consultancy in Malaysia.
He previously worked with leading international firms including CBRE in Auckland and JLL in Kuala Lumpur, as well as the Real Estate Professional Group in Adelaide. His extensive regional and international experience enables him to provide reliable expertise in property valuation, real estate advisory, and consultancy services across Malaysia and the Asia-Pacific region.

As former Chief Investment Officer of AmanahRaya Kenedix REIT, he led high-value acquisitions and disposals, shaping portfolio performance through disciplined asset selection and capital strategy. His leadership roles with Tenaga Nasional Berhad, MBSB Bank, and Etiqa Insurance further strengthened his expertise in property valuation, corporate real estate, land acquisition, feasibility analysis, and financial modelling (DCF, IRR, sensitivity analysis).
With extensive experience advising REITs, GLCs, developers, and institutional investors, he brings investment-driven insight to property valuation and real estate consultancy in Malaysia, ensuring asset decisions are aligned with long-term value creation and regulatory compliance.
